Church Ministries
St. Bartholomew's offers a full range of adult ministries. If you have any questions about any of the ministries listed below, contact the person listed or contact the office at 831-1777 for more information.
Choirs
The Senior Choir is open to all people ages 14 through adult. We rehearse every Wednesday from 7:00 – 8:30pm and sing at the 11:00am service on Sundays.
The Contemporary Choir is open to all ages. We rehearse and sing once a month at the 9:15am service. For more information - please contact Terry Gamble – Organist & Choir Director for the Senior Choir and Eileen Arnold Contemporary Choir. The Junior Choir is open to children ages 7 through 13. We rehearse the first and third Wednesday at 6:15pm and sing at the 9:15am service twice a month. Eileen Arnold is the director for the Junior Choir. Worship Team
This musical group leads Contemporary Worship on the fourth Sunday of each month at both the 9:15 and 11:00am services, blended services at 9:15am on the second and third Sunday of the month, as well as at the 4:30pm Saturday service on the second, third and fourth Saturday of the month. Nursery Helpers
Volunteers are needed to watch children ages 3 and under in the nursery during both the 9:15am and 11:00am worship services. Please consider tithing your time one week per month to this ministry. For more information - please contact Fr. Thebeau.

Bishop Scaife Guild
All baptized women in the parish are invited to participate in the Guild. We plan and sponsor many events through the year for our parishioners as well as different charitable events. For more information - please contact Lori Abramo.
St. Bart's Angels
This group of individuals uses the gifts that God gave them to create Afghans and blankets for newborns in our church family, people who are ill, and local charities and nursing homes. For more information - please contact Diane Herr.
Hospitality
This group provides meals for our Church families that may have has a birth, illness or death in their family. Volunteers will be on rotation throughout the year. Contact Brenda Wisz or Karen Heer.
Video and Book Library
The video and book library has a large collection of Christian based, family oriented videos and books available for members of the church. Videos are lent out for a two week time period. Library cards, books, and videos may be obtained on Sundays between services. Contact Barbara Molison

Greeters
We greet and welcome parishioners and visitors before each of the services on Sunday mornings. New Greeters are always welcome! For more information - please contact Marcia Hutt.
Altar Guild and Junior Altar Guild
Women and girls who prepare the sanctuary and the Lord's Table for worship. For more information - please contact Linda Doran.
Prayer Chain
The telephone prayer chain is an outreach ministry and a line of communication among believers who are willing to be “on call” to pray for a specific need. Contact Diane Merrick or Rosemary Styn.
Sound Ministry
Recording the sermons for the web site, as well as ensuring the quality of the audio for each service. For more information - please contact Dn. Reitz
Ushers
Men are needed to help with different duties during each of the worship services and at special events. For more information - please contact Rocco Brindisi.
